1. Shipping & Hand-Delivery Policy

Since every item at Laadli Crochet is handmade, ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Custom orders and made-to-order creations typically take 3 to 7 business days to craft prior to dispatch.

In Surat, orders are personally hand-delivered with care. Delivery fees vary from ₹0 to ₹120 based on pincode. We offer Free Local Delivery on orders above ₹799 (and pan-India above ₹1,499).

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Because our products are handcrafted with love, we do not accept returns for minor aesthetic nuances inherent to artisanal craftsmanship.

However, in the rare event that your product arrives damaged during transit, please contact us on WhatsApp with an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly repair, replace, or resolve the issue promptly.

3. Privacy & Data Handling

We respect your privacy. Your contact details (phone number, address, and email) are used solely for fulfilling orders, providing delivery updates on WhatsApp, and managing customer inquiries. We never sell or share your data with third-party advertisers.
